This application, Radionance, is proprietary software. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize this app without express written permission from the author.

You are NOT allowed to:

• Reproduce or redistribute this app or any part of its code.
• Modify or reverse-engineer the application.
• Use this app for commercial purposes or publish it on third-party platforms.

Limitation of liability:
The author is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of this app, including but not limited to data loss, device failure, or service interruptions.

Privacy Policy

Radionance respects your privacy. This policy explains how your data is handled within the app:

• Data collected: Only a nickname is requested for use in the public chat. No sensitive information is collected.
• Third-party services: No external services like Firebase or AdMob are used.
• Permissions: The app does not access sensitive device features like microphone, camera, or contacts.
• Storage: All data is stored locally, except for chat messages and text statuses, which are sent to the private server for real-time display.
• User content: Users can send messages and post text-based statuses. No media uploads are allowed.
• Data sharing: No data is shared or sold to third parties.

Terms of Service

By using the Radionance app, you agree to the following terms:

• You are responsible for your behavior and the content you share within the app, especially in the public chat.
• Sharing of illegal, offensive, or harmful content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ban without notice.
• The chat is a free feature hosted on a privately funded server and may be unavailable during maintenance or due to service issues. Please be patient during these times.
• The developer is not responsible for misuse of the chat feature, including the sharing of personal data or any misconduct by users.
• Users are expected to follow the chat rules and respect others. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans.
• Reported users may be automatically restricted. Abuse of the report system may also result in penalties.

Use the app and its features responsibly. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
