Do not impersonate other users or moderators.
Keep discussions related to music and radio where possible.
No advertising or self-promotion.
Follow any moderator instructions.

The developer of the Radionance App shall not be held liable for any misuse of the chat feature, including, but not limited to, the sharing of personal information, engagement in illegal activities, or any form of harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior by users. By accessing and using the chat, users agree that they are fully responsible for their own actions and the content they share. Radionance implements monitoring mechanisms to ensure a safe environment; however, users are advised to exercise discretion when interacting with others. Any violations of the community guidelines may result in immediate and automatic suspension or banning without prior notice. Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate conduct. Reports will be reviewed by the developer, and appropriate action will be taken. Use of the chat feature is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Service Availability Notice

The chat feature in the Radionance App is hosted on a privately maintained server funded by the developer. While every effort is made to ensure reliable performance, temporary outages or maintenance periods may still occur due to technical issues or server-side updates. Please note that the chat is offered as a free feature for users, and although the infrastructure is paid for and maintained by the developer, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Your understanding and patience during any service disruptions are greatly appreciated.

The chat lets you connect with others in real time while enjoying your favorite radio stations. You can control playback from the menu and change your username whenever you like. However, frequently changing your name may make it harder for others to recognize you. Your username is saved within the app for convenience. Please remember to follow the chat rules and maintain respectful behavior at all times. Inappropriate actions, including spam, offensive language, or breaking community guidelines, may result in an automatic ban without warning.
